Fridays 10am to Noon - Spin the Globe with Scott Stevens

Spin the Globe: Traditional and contemporary music from across the planet, plus cultural information and interviews. The term "World Music" may be vague, but it leaves the door open to explorations ranging from Tuvan overtone singing to Brazilian hip-hop, from Native American reggae to Balkan brass bands. Campfire Island covers the national punk scene as it's happening RIGHT NOW in the first hour, then kicks out the classic anthems and must know tracks from over 30 years of punk music in the second hour with frequent guests.
