LifeWise is wellness news and views with Joe Pollock and John Ford . They go behind the stories and put health news on the operating table. The last Monday of each month is dedicated to public health issues in cooperation with UCAN, the Thurston County Health Dept and Planned Parenthood.

Thursdays 12 pm to 1 pm - Parallel University with Kim Dobson

Parallel University is a live public affairs show, including listener call-ins. The show focuses on sustainability issues and the peace movement.

Thursdays 8 to 9 pm - Free and Fair on the Air with John Ford

Free and Fair is a live, public affairs magazine on topics affecting us all, from the South Sound to the globe with host John Ford. The first week each month, Free & Fair examines you and the law with guests from the Thurston County Bar Association.  The second Thursday, it's "Sittin' With The Duck."  John's co-host that night is Terry Knight, Editor-Publisher of Olympia's alternative newspaper The Sitting Duck.  The last Thursday of every month, Free and Fair hosts "On Wings of Peace", a show produced in co-operation with Veterans for Peace, Olympia Rachel Corrie Chapter 109.
